  Elopement + Portraits Package, Perfect for couples who want to celebrate their love in an intimate, intentional way. This package gives you the best of both worlds: a beautiful elopement ceremony and stunning portraits to remember it by.

  With up to 5 hours of coverage, you'll have one dedicated photographer to capture your special moments, from the vows to the final celebratory kiss. You'll receive up to 120 professionally edited photos, all delivered in an online gallery. We'll also cover up to 2 hours of travel to your chosen location, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience.

E&Co Hair Studio & CM&Co: "The Three Hearts" Package

This package has a total cost of $1,575 for a bridal party of three.

• E&Co Hair Studio (Hair Services): $855

  • This covers pre-wedding treatment and styling for the bride and two bridesmaids.

• CM&Co (Makeup Services): $720

  • This includes the bridal trial, wedding day makeup for the bride, and professional makeup for two bridesmaids.

Shoot the Moon Photography: Elopement + Portraits Package

• Total Price: $2,150

• This package includes up to 5 hours of coverage, one dedicated photographer, up to 120 edited photos, and up to 2 hours of travel.

Troy Mansfield Celebrant: Wedding Ceremony Package

• Total Price: $700

• This package is booked through CM&Co Services and includes a personalised ceremony, legal documentation, and on-site equipment. Booking through CM&Co also provides a complimentary marriage certificate and a discount on MC services.

Terms & Condition

These terms and conditions outline the agreement between the client (the couple) and all four suppliers for the selected tiered wedding package. By booking a package, the client agrees to the following terms.

Booking and Deposit

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your chosen wedding date and the services of all four businesses: E&Co Hair Studio, CM&Co Services, Shoot the Moon Wedding Photography, and Troy Mansfield Wedding Celebrant.

• The deposit is considered a booking fee and secures your specific date and time with each business.

• Deposits must be paid directly to the individual business that will be providing the service. No date is considered confirmed until all four deposits have been received by the respective businesses.

• The remaining 75% balance of the total package cost is due on or before a specified date, which will be outlined in your individual contracts with each supplier.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Cancellation by the Client: If you cancel your wedding, the deposits paid to all four businesses are non-refundable.

• Deposit as Credit: The following policy applies to CM&Co Services & E&Co Hair Studio only. The full deposit amount paid to CM&Co Services & E&Co Hair Studio, can be used as a credit for other services or products offered by that business. The other vendors in the package (Shoot the Moon Wedding Photography, and Troy Mansfield) are subject to their own individual deposit and cancellation policies, which will be outlined in their separate contracts.

• Changes to Wedding Date: If you need to change your wedding date, you must notify all four businesses as soon as possible. Your deposits may be transferable to the new date, but this is subject to the availability of each business. If any business is not available on your new date, the deposits paid to that business will be treated as a cancellation.

Additional Conditions

• Social Media & Marketing: All four businesses may take photos or videos during your appointment or on your wedding day for use on their social media platforms and for marketing purposes. By booking, you grant permission for your likeness to be used in this manner unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing prior to the event.

• Timeline & Responsibilities: The client is responsible for providing a clear timeline for the day of the event, including access and setup times for each business. Any delays caused by the client or other vendors may affect the services provided.

• Hair Services & Location (for E&Co Hair Studio): A minimum of 4 people is required for on-location hair services. Bookings for fewer than 4 people will need to be serviced at the E&Co Hair Studio salon located at 56a Glen Osmond Rd, Parkside. The final number of people requiring hair services must be confirmed by a certain date before the wedding, and the client will be responsible for the payment of this final number. For certain services (e.g., updos), clients are required to have clean, dry hair prior to their appointment. A fee may be charged if additional time is required for blow-drying or other preparation.

• Force Majeure: In the unlikely event that a business is unable to perform their services due to unforeseen circumstances beyond their control (e.g., natural disasters, public health emergencies, sudden illness), every effort will be made to find a suitable replacement or reschedule. However, no business can be held liable for any loss or damage as a result of such events.

• Client Conduct: The client is responsible for the conduct of their guests and wedding party. Unruly behaviour or unsafe conditions that interfere with the services may result in the early departure of the business, with no refunds provided
