For a bridal party of three or less, all hair and makeup services must be performed at the salon located at 56a Glen Osmond Rd, Parkside.

Pre-Wedding Pampering

The E&Co Hair Studio provides a pre-wedding hair treatment and blow-dry service for the bride and bridesmaids.

Wedding Day Services

On the day of the wedding, professional hair styling by E&Co Hair Studio and makeup by CM&Co will be provided for the entire bridal party.

Trials

• The cost of the bride's makeup includes a trial session with CM&Co.

• A separate hair trial with E&Co Hair Studio must be booked directly with the salon.

It's a great idea to plan a timeline for both the day before and the wedding day itself to ensure everything runs smoothly. Here is a timeline for a group of 3 people, including the pre-wedding hair treatment and other services.

Before the Wedding

• Hair Appointments: Anyone needing a haircut, coloring, or a major trim should schedule these 2-3 weeks before the wedding. This gives the color time to settle and a new cut a chance to soften. For a simple trim or gloss, 1-2 weeks before is perfect.

• Skincare Treatments: Any major facial treatments, like chemical peels or microdermabrasion, should be done at least 2-3 weeks out. This allows any redness or irritation to completely subside. For general exfoliation, a gentle scrub can be used a few days before and then again the night before to ensure a smooth canvas for makeup.

The Day Before the Wedding

• 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM | E&Co Hair Studio: The bride and three others should head to E&Co Hair Studio for their pre-wedding treatments and blow-dries. This "perfect prep" ensures hair is conditioned, bouncy, and ready for styling the next day. Arriving with clean, dry hair will make the process smoother.

Afternoon & Evening:

• Relax and Unwind: After leaving the salon, avoid using excessive heat styling tools or heavy products.

• Final Touches: Use this time to pack your "wedding day emergency kit" with items like hairspray, bobby pins, blotting papers, and lipstick.

• Hydrate and Nourish: Drink plenty of water and have a healthy dinner. Avoid salty foods that can cause bloating.

• Get Your Beauty Sleep: Go to bed early. A full night's rest is crucial for looking and feeling your best.

The Wedding Day

Morning Rituals:

• Start with a Shower: Begin your day with a relaxing shower. Wash your face with your regular cleanser to remove any oil from the night before.

• Hydrate Your Skin: After cleansing, apply your usual moisturizer. For an extra boost, use a hydrating face mask to plump the skin.

• Total Makeup Services: $720 (This includes the bridal trial and wedding day makeup for the bride, and professional makeup application for two bridesmaids.)

Booking & Deposit Terms

• A 25% non-refundable deposit is required for each business—CM&Co Services and E&Co Hair Studio—to secure your wedding booking.

• This deposit is considered a booking fee and secures your specific date and time with each business.

• Deposits must be paid directly to the individual business that will be providing the service.

• The balance of the payment is due on or before a specified date, which will be outlined in your individual contracts.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

• In the event that you cancel your wedding, the deposits paid to both CM&Co Services and E&Co Hair Studio are non-refundable.

• The full deposit amount can be used as a credit for other services or products offered by the respective businesses.

• If you need to change your wedding date, you must notify both businesses as soon as possible. Your deposits may be transferable to a new date, but this is subject to the availability of each business. If they are not available on your new date, the deposits will be treated as a cancellation.

Usage of Deposits After Cancellation

• For CM&Co Services, your deposit can be applied toward the purchase of any of their other products and services.

• For E&Co Hair Studio, your deposit can be used for any services within their salon.

Additional Conditions

• Social Media & Marketing: Both CM&Co Services and E&Co Hair Studio may take photos or videos during your appointment or on your wedding day for use on their social media platforms and for marketing purposes. By booking, you grant permission for your likeness to be used in this manner unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing prior to the event.

• Timeline & Responsibilities: The client is responsible for providing a clear timeline for the day of the event, including access and setup times for each business. Any delays caused by the client or other vendors may affect the services provided.

• Hair Services & Location (for E&Co Hair Studio): A minimum of 4 people is required for on-location hair services. Bookings for fewer than 3 people will need to be serviced at the E&Co Hair Studio salon located at 56a Glen Osmond Rd, Parkside.
  The final number of people requiring hair services must be confirmed by a certain date before the wedding, and the client will be responsible for the payment of this final number.

• Hair Preparation (for E&Co Hair Studio): For certain services (e.g., updos), clients are required to have clean, dry hair prior to their appointment. A fee may be charged if additional time is required for blow-drying or other preparation.

• Force Majeure: In the unlikely event that a business is unable to perform their services due to unforeseen circumstances beyond their control (e.g., natural disasters, public health emergencies, sudden illness), every effort will be made to find a suitable replacement or reschedule. However, neither business can be held liable for any loss or damage as a result of such events.

• Client Conduct: The client is responsible for the conduct of their guests and wedding party. Unruly behavior or unsafe conditions that interfere with the services may result in the early departure of the business, with no refunds provided.
