CM&Co Services -Terms of service.

1. Payment:

Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice.

We accept the following forms of payment: credit card, debit card, online transfer, and Afterpay.

A late payment fee of 1.5% per month will be applied to all overdue invoices.

A non-refundable deposit of 10% is required for all service bookings with CM&Co Services. This includes, but is not limited to, makeup applications and beauty permanent makeup procedures. This deposit policy does not apply to skincare product purchases.

Prices for all services are subject to change without prior notice.

2. Appointments:

Cancellations require a minimum of 48 hours' notice.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a fee of 40% of the RRP of the scheduled treatment.

Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.

Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or cancellation.

Failure to attend a scheduled appointment (no-show) will result in a fee of 50% of the service price.

If you’re running late, please let us know. We’ll do our best to accommodate you, but please understand that we may need to adjust your treatment time

3. Services:

Services are provided as described in the invoice.

Clients are responsible for informing the stylist/technician of any allergies, skin conditions, or medical concerns prior to the service.

While we strive for optimal results, individual results may vary. We are not liable for allergic reactions.

We adhere to strict hygiene and sanitation practices.

4. Liability:

CM&Co Services shall not be liable for any damages or injuries resulting from services provided, except in cases of gross negligence.

Clients agree to release CM&Co Services from any liability related to the services provided.

5. Refunds:


Refunds are not provided for completed services, except as required by Australian Consumer Law.

If you are dissatisfied with a service, please contact us within 7 days to discuss your concerns.

CM&Co Services does not provide refunds for changes of mind.

CM&Co Services may, at our discretion, provide a refund if we determine that the purchased treatments cannot be safely or effectively provided to you (e.g., if your skin type is deemed unsuitable). In such cases, CM&Co Services may require a medical certificate or other reasonable proof of unsuitability.

If you have prepaid for a "Package" (a series of treatments/services) from CM&Co Services, refunds for entire packages will not be provided unless required by the Australian Consumer Law.

6. Privacy:

We collect and store client information for appointment scheduling and service records. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent.

7. Right to Refuse Service:

CM&Co Services reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

8. Governing Law:

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Australia.

10. Acknowledgement:

By accepting services from CM&Co Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.

11. Deposit Terms and Conditions:

Deposit Requirement: A non-refundable deposit of ten percent (10%) of the total service price is required to secure your booking.

Purpose of Deposit: This deposit serves as a commitment to the service and covers administrative and preparatory costs incurred by CM&Co Services.

Non-Refundable Nature: The deposit is non-refundable, regardless of any subsequent cancellation or changes made by the customer, unless CM&Co Services is unable to fulfill the agreed-upon service.

Application of Deposit: The deposit will be applied towards the final balance of the service price.

Cancellation by Customer: In the event of a cancellation by the customer, the deposit will be retained by CM&Co Services as compensation for lost opportunity and expenses incurred.

Cancellation by CM&Co Services:

If CM&Co Services cancels the service due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, supplier issues), the deposit will be refunded in full.

If CM&Co Services cancels due to the customer breaching these terms and conditions, the deposit will be retained.

Changes to Booking: Any changes to the booking may be subject to additional charges and must be agreed upon in writing by both parties. The non-refundable deposit remains applicable.

Payment of Balance: The remaining balance of the service price is due on completion of service].

Entire Agreement: These deposit terms and conditions constitute an integral part of the overall terms and conditions and supersede all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements related to the deposit.

12. Force Majeure:

Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under this policy if such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government regulations.

13. Record Keeping:

CM&Co Services will maintain records of all cancellations and refunds.
