• Arrival & Setup: I arrive 15–30 minutes early to ensure a relaxed start. We’ll find the best spot in your home—ideally near natural lighting—to set up my kit and professional lighting for the best possible results.

• Consultation (15 mins): We’ll chat through your outfit, your inspo photos, and your skin type to ensure the final look is exactly what you dreamed of.

• The Application: * Skin Prep: Tailored priming to create a smooth, long-wear canvas.

  • Eye Artistry: Detailed shadow, liner, and lashes to make your eyes pop.

  • Base & Sculpt: Flawless foundation and contour for that "snatched" finish.

• The Lockdown: A final mist of professional setting spray so your makeup stays perfect from the first photo dump until the after-party.

• The Touch-Up Kit: To keep you looking fresh all night, I'll depot your custom lipstick into a small container and pack your complimentary goody bag. You’ll have everything you need to touch up while you’re out on the dance floor!

Prep Your Canvas

To get that flawless, "filtered" skin finish, a little bit of prep goes a long way! Follow these steps to ensure your makeup sits perfectly and stays locked in all night.

• Cleanse & Exfoliate: Arrive with a freshly cleansed face. We recommend a gentle exfoliation 2-3 days before your booking. This removes dead skin cells so your foundation looks smooth rather than patchy.

• ⚠️ The "No-Go" Zone (Downtime): * Facials & Peels: Avoid any professional facials, chemical peels, or intensive acid treatments (like AHAs/BHAs) at least 7 days prior. These can cause unexpected peeling or sensitivity that prevents makeup from adhering properly.

  • Brows & Waxing: Complete any facial waxing or brow threading at least 48 hours before to allow redness and skin sensitivity to calm down.

  • Lash Lifts: If you are getting a lash lift, please ensure it is done at least 3 days before your formal. Freshly lifted lashes can sometimes be tricky for strip-lash application if the perming solution is still settling.

• Hydrate: Drink plenty of water! Hydrated skin is the secret to that viral "glow from within."

• Moisturise: Apply your usual lightweight moisturiser on the morning of your appointment, but avoid heavy face oils or new active serums.

• The "Fit": Wear a button-down shirt or a robe so you can change into your formal dress without smudging your face or messing up your hair.

Brushes & Tools

Hygiene is the most important part of the pre-appointment setup. For young clients especially, skin can be sensitive or prone to breakouts, so seeing a clean kit is reassuring.

Deep Cleaned & Dried: All brushes are deep-cleaned with a professional-grade antimicrobial soap 24 hours prior to ensure they are 100% dry and fluffy for your application.

Medical-Grade Sanitization: Between every single client, brushes are sprayed with a high-percentage isopropyl alcohol (70%+) to kill bacteria instantly without leaving a residue.
